Lost & Fawned

Last night Jared and I both found ourselves entranced by the process of Riusuke Fukahori.  He uses a meticulous method of painting carefully layered resin to create 3-dimensional goldfish floating in various found containers.

    That looks insane! I saw the one in the cake pan-ish thingy before I read the text, and thought “that’s sick; who’s casting live goldfish into jello molds.” I guess that speaks to the mastery of Fukahori’s art (:
