Awhile ago I mentioned there would be big changes on the way for my jewelry collection. Well, the process to make this sort of change is taking longer than expected, and I don’t know if I’ll reach my goal to have a full product line available for holiday shopping, but I did want to offer a little taste.
These two necklaces were specifically designed for our Cotton & Brass photoshoot. They are hand stamped silver, featuring the imprint of an antique letterpress tile (the image of a wren) and the word “LOCAL”. The beauty of this design is how easily I can customize them to say whatever you want. A name, your favorite word, a city, etc.
Both of these necklaces are available in my shop now. Shoot me a convo if you are interested in a custom silver piece.

We had a frosty start to the week. This weekend finally composted the garden and we shopped the first winter market for a hearty stew. I’m nestled in at home today with the dog, and while I’m not looking forward to a long Ohio winter (and they are predicting it’s going to be a wicked one) I love bundling up.
Here are some early winter picks inspired by this frosty photo by i.thelin on flickr.
I’m slowly working on restocking my little shop. I have a few more Maya Necklaces (one of my recent best sellers) and my personal favorite, these limited edition Marijn Dutch Shoe earrings. I’m hoping to list a few more pieces this afternoon that I have been hoarding for awhile. Stay tuned.
Lisa Hannigan is my perfect late autumn soundtrack. This morning grab a cup of tea and download (or watch) her set from Tiny Desk Concert on NPR. The article that accompanies the set makes her sound like the kind of girl I would want to spend an afternoon with. I think you will be smitten with her too.
