While we were thrifting the other week I was browsing for vintage floral sheets for sewing projects when I spied this deliciously kitschy childrens’ blanket. It is the sweetest Japanese circus scene pattern and at some point someone attached a white pom pom trim. It had been mistakenly priced twice, once at $12.50 and once at $4.50. We took it to the register and asked what the correct price was, and of course they had to give it to us for the lower price (woot!!).
Now I just need to decide what to do with it. I may pack it away and keep it until we have a little one. I think it would be so sweet on a little twin bed with and Eames rocker or Knoll Womb Chair. I’m just not sure I can part with it.
I also scored this little stoneware mug for a dime. It’s so sweet and springy. And for 10 cents? Seriously? How could I leave it on the shelf?
