Lost & Fawned

Don’t forget to set your clocks forward today.  And don’t feel guilty if you stay in bed and hour later.  It’s Sunday.  Get some sleep (unlike me obviously, who’s internal clock is so sharp it compensated for the time change and woke me up at 8 anyways).

Our snow is melted again for the moment.  Here’s hoping that’s the last of it for the winter.  I would really like to wear a sundress.

We have been slacking around the house, hence the lack of updates on that.  We needed some time to recover after the mad dash to move in.  We’re starting to feel motivated again and will be pulling the trigger on carpet for the second floor this week, which means we will have a couple of weeks to finish the painting upstairs before it arrives.  I also need to settle on a light fixture to fill the gaping hole in our living room ceiling.

Time for me to get back to work.  I have the day off tomorrow and plan to get some things done around here as well as in the shops.  I had a little ruch of creativity yesterday and made a new little mini-series of necklaces I think you’ll like.  Stay tuned.

Sewn print of original painting “November” by tastes orangey.
