Music: The Civil Wars

I have some more new music on my playlist this autumn, including the Civil Wars.  Made up of the beautiful and talented Joy Williams and equally talented John Paul White (who looks like a mix between Johny Depp and my brother CJ) the Civil Wars has a beautiful folky vibe.  Their music is perfect for brisk autumn weather and I can also see the snow of early winter falling when I listen to it.

Their live album is available for free download (that’s right, FREE and legal) over here.  Their debut album is due February 1, 2011 and I can’t wait. Check out the video for their single ‘Poison & Wine’ and my personal favorite, their cover of ‘Dance me to the End of Love’.
