Lost & Fawned

I’m gearing up for fall and in the shop we have lots of brass and gold!  I love gold tones for autumn and love my new necklaces layered with open necked tops.  Head on over to Lost & Fawned on etsy and check out all my new goodies!  I have a number of items on clearance or with free shipping right now to make room for even more fall items coming soon!

Oh baby.  The Pantone’s Fall 2010 color forecast saved the best for last!  I adore this shade of blushing pink, or what they call Rose Dust.  I think it’s perfectly feminine, a lovely pastel (I hate that word) for autumn and beautiful in so many different applications from leather shoes to make-up to soft sweaters and lace.  Blushing pink has even made an appearance in my shop with more to come!

Here are my Rose Dust picks…

  1. Filamentous Necklace from Anthropologie – $38
  2. Healing Art Print by Shira Sela – $20
  3. Blushing Mist Bridal Silk Flower by Twigs & Honey – $62
  4. Cotton Seemed V-Neck in Blush from Banana Republic -  SALE $42.50
  5. Seychelles Shimmy Pumps from Endless – $79.95

I’m working on a wrap up post that links to all of my Pantone posts.  I hope you have enjoyed them!  I’ve had a lot of fun with them and now I’m fall-ready!  Bring on hats, scarves and blazers.

I made the mistake of taking something for my allergies late last night to keep my eyes from itching and woke up feeling really groggy.  I’m getting today’s posts ready right now.  Sorry for the tardiness.  I usually like to have something up for your lunch break.

Jared and I hit the jackpot at an estate sale this weekend and scored another beautiful filing cabinet.  This one has 2 standard drawers and 2 mini drawers on top.  It also has cute little feet on the bottom.  I snagged a few things for the shop and some blank business cards I’ll probably stamp and run through the typewriter.

Also, here is an outtake from the photo shoot with our mid-century stool.  When I’m taking pictures Logan always decides it’s time to play and gets right in the frame.  I was ignoring him so he made it his job to accessorize the shot with his bright green ball.  Perfect way to style the stool Logan!
